Subscription fees for TamPro are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). These fees are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our digital service, we do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, plan downgrades, or unused time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.
